Our Process
Step 1: Fragrance Selection. Our team of experienced Chandlers, with their deep knowledge of our Library of 100+ fragrances, is here to guide you. Their expertise ensures the fragrance selection process is smooth and enjoyable, meeting your unique preferences. You have the power to choose, and we're here to make it a confident choice.
We recommend purchasing samples for review. We offer 4oz, single-wick samples for $15 each. Please budget 2-3 weeks for production and delivery of samples.
Step 2: Vessel Selection. We understand the importance of presentation and utility. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a catalog of premium vessels crafted with the highest quality standards. You can be assured that your custom candle will look beautiful and serve its purpose effectively, adding value to your purchase.
Step 3: Packaging. We offer labels and toppers in a variety of stocks. We also provide design services and printing arrangements. If you prefer to manage your labels in-house, you can ship them to our warehouse, and our team will apply them for an additional fee, making the process of in-house label management hassle-free for you.
Pricing
- The minimum initial order is $1500 (excluding design and project management fees).
- We require a 50% deposit on orders.
A 10% project management fee is added to ensure we can provide you with the best possible service and quality. This fee covers the cost of our experienced project managers who oversee every step of your order, ensuring it meets your expectations and is delivered on time. After receiving all materials and artwork approval, expect a lead time of 12 weeks.
For an additional fee, we offer expedited processing and production. This service is ideal for clients who have urgent orders or want to launch their products quickly. With expedited processing, your order will be given priority, reducing the lead time and ensuring you receive your order as soon as possible.
Parcel and freight shipping are available, ensuring your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. You can rest assured that your order will be delivered safely and on time, giving you peace of mind about the shipping process.
