Our Process
Step 1: Fragrance Selection. Our Chandlers are here to guide you through our Library of 100 fragrances, whether you prefer an on-site or remote consultation. We're committed to making the fragrance selection process as smooth and enjoyable as possible and meeting your unique preferences. You have the power to choose.
We recommend purchasing samples for review. We offer 4oz, single-wick samples for $15 each. Please budget 2-3 weeks for production and delivery of samples.
Step 2: Vessel Selection. We understand the importance of presentation and utility. Please choose from our catalog of premium vessels, each crafted with the highest quality standards to ensure your satisfaction.
Step 3: Packaging. We offer labels and toppers in a variety of stocks. We also provide design services and printing arrangements. If you prefer to manage your labels in-house, you can ship them to our warehouse, and our team will apply them for an additional fee, making the process of in-house label management hassle-free for you.
Pricing
- The minimum initial order is $1000 (excluding design and project management fees).
- We require a 50% deposit for first-time buyers.
- All new fragrance orders are subject to a 25% project management fee; reorders are excluded.
- Reorders are subject to a 60-unit minimum by fragrances.
- After receiving all materials and artwork approval, expect a lead time of 12 weeks. For an additional fee, we offer expedited processing and production if you want your order sooner.
- Parcel and freight shipping are available.
New buyers are accepted from February 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024. Contact us to schedule a fragrance consultation and a representative will be in touch after March 1, 2025.
