By prioritizing conscious consumerism, we encourage you to place your corporate, custom, and private-label candle orders for the holiday season by Monday, June 23, 2025. This deadline is set to allow us to secure the necessary materials and plan our production schedule effectively. Ordering early not only helps you avoid potential price increases but also ensures a smoother process. We strongly recommend placing your orders as soon as possible to enjoy these benefits.
Orders placed after June 23 will be considered late and may incur higher costs due to the materials purchased specifically for your order. Our suppliers have increased their prices, and we will ensure that these costs are accurately reflected in your pricing. It's crucial to adhere to the deadline to avoid these additional costs and to ensure that your order can be fulfilled in time for the holiday season.
Our average lead time is a strict 12 - 18 weeks, with no exceptions. In the past, we may have accommodated special requests, but we no longer offer expedited production. You must take charge of planning your order accordingly.
To ensure timely delivery, we rely on your responsible action of placing your orders in advance. Your timely orders are crucial for us to meet your expectations. Late orders are due by Monday, September 1, 2025. Orders placed after September 1 cannot be fulfilled in time for the holiday season. No exceptions will be made for submissions after September 1.
