Holiday custom candles are an excellent way to elevate your brand during the busiest season of the year.
We offer more than 90 premium fragrance options. Every candle is hand-poured in New York using a luxurious coconut and apricot wax blend, cotton-core wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Whether you're ordering for corporate gifts, employee appreciation, client gifts, or holiday events, our custom candles deliver a premium branded experience.
Production Timeline & Rush Orders
We require a minimum of 12 weeks to produce all custom and private label holiday candle orders. This production schedule allows us to secure materials, maintain our quality standards, and fulfill your order on time.
Orders requesting delivery in less than 12 weeks will automatically incur a 30% Rush Production Fee.
Why is there a rush fee?
Holiday production places significant demand on raw materials, packaging, and freight capacity. As the season approaches, inventory becomes limited and costs increase. Accommodating last-minute orders requires us to source materials at premium prices, expedite shipping, and adjust our production schedule.
These additional costs cannot be absorbed by our business and are passed directly to the customer. If your timeline requires expedited production, the rush fee is non-negotiable.
Holiday Ordering Deadline
To avoid expedited production charges, we strongly recommend placing your holiday custom candle order no later than June 15, 2026. Orders received after this date will be subject to the mandatory 30% Rush Production Fee, based on production availability.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production will begin. Production time is not scheduled or reserved until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or prior to shipment.
Orders submitted after Friday, July 31, 2026, will not be accepted. No exceptions.
