CORPORATE & CUSTOM ORDERS

Given the limited nature of materials and production time, we strongly advise placing your custom orders before October 1, 2024. Our stock is limited, and delaying your order may reduce the likelihood of accommodating last-minute requests. Early planning is key.

September 15: This is the last day to place a corporate Holiday order. A 50% deposit is required to secure materials, and the balance is due on Monday, October 7, 2024. We urge you to act promptly to secure your order. Due to the level of customization, corporate orders require additional processing time and will be delivered in 8–12 weeks.

October 1: Last day to order personal custom holiday candle orders, two candles or fewer. Custom candle orders will ship on December 2, 2024. Due to material and production timelines, we can not make exceptions.

You may request a corporate or custom order after October 1, 2024; however, materials and production time are allocated to other projects. To fulfill a custom order after October 1, we will purchase additional materials at higher prices, elevated carrier charges, and increased production costs. We can not absorb these costs, and increases are passed on to buyers.

Custom orders placed after Monday, October 7, 2024, are due in full at the time of ordering. No exceptions. Contact us to make arrangements for custom orders.
