HOLIDAY CANDLE LAUNCH
LAUNCH DATE/TIME: NOVEMBER 1, 2022, at 5PM ET
This year, our collections are limited and inventory is lean. We recommend placing your orders sooner, rather than later. This season, we added inventory counters to each of our products to better inform our customers of when inventory is low.
2022-23 PRICE INCREASE. Due to increasing material and carrier costs, on December 9, 2022, all of our 16.5 OZ candles will increase to $49.50, and 7.0 OZ reed diffusers will increase to $44.00. On January 1, 2023, all of our 10 OZ candles will increase to $32.50.
Our Holiday Collections will not have a price increase in 2022.
SHIPPING INFORMATION. Carrier shipping rates are increasing, and transit delays are expected. Orders are processed in the order received. Time sensitive orders should be placed sooner rather than later. All orders are fully insured for loss and damage.
THANKSGIVING DELIVERY. If you would like your order to arrive before Thanksgiving, online orders must be placed no later than, Saturday, November 12, 2022.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY. If you would like your order to arrive before Christmas, online orders must be placed no later than, Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
CUSTOM & SPECIALTY ORDERS. All custom and specialty orders must be placed by 11/12/202 for delivery before the December Holiday. As we enter the busy holiday market season, we are unable to accommodate custom pours after 11/12/2022.
LOCAL PICKUP. Online ordering for local pickup will start on Thursday, December 1, 2022. The first available day for our customers to pick online orders up will be Friday, December 2, 2022. Our local pickup location will be our Flagship Holiday Candle Chalet at the Buffalo Holiday Market, located at 202 Ohio Street; Buffalo, NY
If your order is time sensitive, or you wish to purchase merchandise before our stock runs out, we recommend ordering online before November 20, 2022, and choosing UPS or USPS. Standard carrier rates and delivery times apply.
PENCHANT POINTS. If you are using reward points for your holiday purchase, we recommend redeeming your points prior to our launch date. This will help facilitate your checkout. You will not be able to redeem your points at checkout.
You can redeem your points using the Penchant Points widget located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Penchant Points have no expiration date. Only one code may be used per order. Penchant Points maybe be redeemed online or in person at the Holiday Markets.
We recommend having your codes ready at the time of purchase. Each code is single use. Once the code is used, the points are deducted from your bank and the code is no longer valid.
HOLDS. We will NOT hold merchandise. It is our experience that unpaid merchandise remains unclaimed and coordinating a pickup is challenging. In fairness to all our customers, only online orders for our 2022 Holiday Candle Launch will be accepted.
INVENTORY. Our inventory this season is lean and our high demand candles and collaborations are limited. Inventory counters are added to each product, letting our customers know when we have just a few left in stock.
Our Artist Collaborations are LIMITED, and we will NOT restock these collections. When we sell out, we sell out.
CUSTOM CANDLE POURS. Custom candle orders are now closed for the season. If you are interested in a custom candle pour this holiday season or wish to purchase from The Heritage Collection, orders must be placed no later than Saturday, November 12, 2022. Custom orders will be ready for pickup or shipping in 2-3 weeks.
HOW TO PLACE A CUSTOM CANDLE ORDER. Choose a vessel from our Heritage Collection and add to cart. In the"Special Notes to the Seller" section at checkout, write the name of the vessel and fragrance option. Any fragrance listed on our website is available at no additional charge, while supplies last. Contact Us for pricing on our luxury fragrance options.
LAST DAY FOR ONLINE ORDERING & SHIPPING! Wednesday, November 30, 2022, to receive your order before the December holidays. This will allow sufficient time for the candles to reach their final destination, and allow us to focus on our Holiday Markets and our customers in Western New York.
